Rental Hop

Reservation and Booking:

  • Our Reservation and Booking section provides essential details about reserving our apartments. You can find information on payment methods, security deposit guidelines, as well as our cancellation and refund policies. Please be aware that cancellation and prepayment policies may differ based on your chosen accommodation type. We recommend entering your preferred stay dates to review the specific conditions for your room.

Check-in and Check-out:

  • We are dedicated to ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience for you. Normally, check-in begins at 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM, and check-out is scheduled by 11:00 AM. To facilitate a hassle-free arrival, kindly notify us in advance of your estimated arrival time.

Guest Responsibilities:

  • “As a guest at Rental Hop, we kindly ask that you observe specific guidelines to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18 years. Smoking, parties/events, and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

Property Conditions and Liability:

  • Our Property Conditions and Liability section covers essential aspects related to the condition of our properties and the legal responsibilities involved. We provide details on our policies regarding force majeure events, termination of the rental agreement, and dispute resolution. We kindly request that you review these terms to ensure a thorough understanding of your rights and obligations.

Termination of Agreement:

  • In the unlikely event that termination of the rental agreement becomes necessary, we have established guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process. Termination may occur under specific circumstances, such as a violation of our terms and conditions or a failure to comply with guest responsibilities.
  • If it becomes necessary to terminate the agreement, we will issue a written notice to the guest, outlining the reasons for termination and the effective date. Any outstanding balances or charges incurred up to the termination date will remain the responsibility of the guest.
